What happens when I buy my photos:

For Downloads:
You will receive an email that contains links for your purchases. The links are valid for 14 days.

You can also log into the web site using the login button – simply enter your email address and your download links will be displayed.

When/what do I need a login for?

Once you have purchased your pictures, the email address used during the transaction automatically becomes your login. You can then use this to download purchased photos for the next 14 days. You do not need a login to make your first purchase as this is created for you after payment.

Why are there no photos from sessions today?

Photos can take upto 24hrs to upload after your session. if they do not appear after 24hrs we may be experincing technical difficulties and will do our best to get them live as soon as possible.

What happens if there is something wrong with my photo? 

Dont panic all you have to do is contact us with your problem and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
